HOUSE RULES

– 3 night minimum - Special events, long weekends and New Years
– 4 night minimum stay - Easter and Melbourne Cup weekend
– Leave it in the condition you arrived and follow checkout instructions to avoid cleaning charges
– Additional guests not to visit apartment without approval from us
- Pets not allowed upstairs, on carpet or furniture. $50 charge per pet. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges
– Booking will be canceled with no refund and loss of security deposit if guests are smoking at the home or bring extra guests not booked
– A security deposit of $1,000 is due 7 days prior to arrival, collected by direct deposit. This is refunded within 7 days from checkout if House Rules and Guest Access have been followed and the home is not damaged.
