TV didn’t work and wifi was terrible. Wifi was down most of the time and when it was on it was extremely slow. The one thing you expect out of a budget motel is a alright bed and good wifi. I wouldn’t say here ever again

If there were anything most memorable about this motel, it would be the excellent, world class customer service we received from the receptionist. We are sorry, we never caught your name, but you (a very kind lady) had made us feel very welcomed in such a remote place like South Eastern Utah. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and above all, hospitality and exceptional service. We do have a little problem to mention though: your bathtub is not draining very well! Please fix asap. Otherwise, come stay at Monticello Inn and you will feel like home away from home.
