Hotel was fine. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was kind. I found it interesting that are room had a kitchenette and zero supplies to cook or eat with. We had to pay for disposable plates and utensils for our food. There was dish soap and a sponge supplied but not sure why. The common areas had intense smells of air freshener odor.

The room was clean upon arrival. The only issue I had was that the reservation started that 3 could sleep in the room. Not true. The room had a king bed and a recliner. How can you say that a recliner is a bed. I thought it may have a sofa bed but it didn't.

Clean room, easy check in. Hot tub temp was nice & hot. Loved having a freezer that we could refreeze our ice packs for the coolers. Loved the always fresh coffee in the lobby. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town

The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to be helpful! Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond, including housekeeping, front desk and managers, however they did seem understaffed with only 1 person at the front desk. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Great property. Very clean and new. The outside pool was very enjoyable. The staff is very nice and helpful. I just wish there beds were a little softer. They have firm beds.
