Kokopelli Dream ~ 3251 | 3 Bed, 2 Bath

Idyllically placed near the 12th hole of the spectacular Moab Golf Course, these modern two-and three-bedroom southwestern style condominiums are tastefully furnished and accessorized. A heated outdoor swimming pool, golf, hiking, and biking are just outside your door. Enjoy stunning views of the golf course, red rocks, and the La Sal Mountains from your private patio.

There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing us to charge this pet fee.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay but the property could use some TLC. Furniture is a bit worn, Beds were comfortable but could use better linens and pillows. TV's / Cable should be updated to smart TV's with remotes that work such as a Roku. The Heated Pool was not open so that was a disappointment for us. Kitchen was stocked okay but it could use some bigger pots. Location worked well for us.

This was an obvious rental unit, soulless and unloved. Everything was generic and fairly cheap. Blinds were ancient and we were unable to open and close them. Kitchen was equipped with scratched up pots and pans with non stick surfaces, so toxic. None of us even wanted to use the living room furniture it seemed so old and full of who knows what mildew or dust. Everything badly in need of improvement and updating. Location ok but couldn't help thinking- they tore up the landscape to make this??

Property dated and needed some maintenance for a couple of broken items. Ants around the trash can. Basic cable only on tv with no ability to stream other services. Absolutely nothing food-wise in kitchen, not even salt & pepper. Fit out in terms of dishes/pots and bathrooms was minimal but okay. First time I've ever seen a tip envelope left out by cleaners in a rental house. Location very convenient to Moab and surrounding area.

Excellent Moab Townhome

Beautiful townhome about 5 miles from downtown Moab. Good rooms with comfortable beds, good lighting, and kitchen with whatever you need. Especially nice to have was a garage where we stored our bikes and equipment during the night. TV had cable but didn’t appear to be connected to the internet which is useful for Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, etc.

Turned out good overall

Overall our stay turned out good in the end. The first night had me worried, due to waking up from one of the smoke alarms malfunctioning and trying to get it to stop randomly alarming. Needless to say my kids were awake and scared and it was a rough first night. The property managers were over first thing in the morning to replace the fire alarm with a new one and check the rest of the system to make sure we wouldn’t have any more issues, I was thankful for their promptness with solving the issue for us. The property overall was clean, however it could benefit from some updates and replacement of things that are getting old, doing so would make this place even better than it is. The beds were also comfortable, especially the king bed. It was nice to have pillows that didn’t have to be folded 5 times to get some support too. It was nice to have a small little patio and grassy backyard area for our kids and our dog play in. There was some nice extra touches such as doggie poop bags provided which I didn’t expect, and there was also plenty of toilet paper, dishwasher tabs etc, so that we didn’t run out and need to buy more. Location was nice and felt safe. Would consider booking property again in the future.

Nice Townhouse

Nice townhouse. Very clean and quiet area. It’s a little bit away from town and Arches Park but not too far. We enjoyed our stay. They even let us bring our cat.

If only

The property matched the photos. Location was good. There weren't enough wash clothes for 4 people staying 3 nights. While I didn't smell smoke, we did find a cigarette butt on the kitchen floor. The condo was clean otherwise. They provided a dog need basket, which was nice. I slipped in the master bathroom. The tub had nonskid at tge front but it didnt help toward the back. A bar or more nonskid protection is needed.

Spacious duplex

This place was so great for 2 couples, one with a baby and one with dogs. We were able to each to have ample space and the place was bigger than it seemed in the pictures. The kitchen is a little tight but everything else was quite spacious and the back yard and patio is great!

Traveled to Moab to attend a funeral, it was an emotional day for the family but when it was time to relax a little bit. Coming back to this condo, the furniture and bedding were so relaxing, that I felt it took me away from the stress of the day. Thank You!

Great location

We had a good stay, the town house is nice and the property manager is very responsive. The location is excellent. The home could use a few upgrades and touch ups . Its has just the bare minimums and has lost the feel of a home away from home. Kitchen especially there is no extras just the bare essentials. On day 3 we had ants we dealt with which was no bother to us but other people might be more upset. And we got ant traps from the management.

Great, but . . . .

Everything was great, but in the middle of the night the smoke alarm kept beeping, and woke most of us up. we couldn't get it go off for quite a while. We finally took the battery out, then put it back in, and that did the job. Besides that, everything else was wonderful.

Great experience

It was the first time we rented a house and we very pleased with the experience. It was in a quiet neighborhood and the kitchen gave us everything we needed to prepare our meals while in Moab. Would definitely book the residence again.
