This hotel was fine. No complaints. We stayed 3 nights. We were out seeing all the wonderful sights of Moab. We were really only in the room to shower and sleep. It was fine.

Great location

We were able to walk to anything in Moab so great location. We stayed several days and had drawers to put our cloths into. I've discovered that drawers are not always available. Great shower - two shower heads made for great water pressure. We had 3 coffee pods in our room. After using them, I was told they were out of regular coffee the rest of our 3 day visit. The day we checked out they had reg coffee in the lobby. Coffee in the lobby was offered at limited times.

The TV didn’t work, and the front desk ignored multiple calls to fix it. The door lock didn’t secure properly, so the room could be opened without a key card. The AC also wasn’t working. Very disappointing stay.

The hot tub was not working, the beds were too hard. The refrigerator didnt work. The microwave didnt work. You pay full price and you expect things to be right. They were not. Had to unload the refrigerator back into our cooler and get ice. Lip service only from the front desk. Need to speak to nonexistent manager. Horrible.

A bit dated but well maintained and clean in a great convenient down town location. The room has everything you need and a pretty quiet in wall AC. Remember to leave a tip for the housekeeper when traveling :)

Great location - you can walk to a lot within a few blocks. The room floor was very dirty. It felt like no one had swept or mopped in a while. But, the beds were comfortable and felt clean. We felt safe.
