初宮古島一人旅、ダイビングをメインにしていました。 結論、ここに宿泊して本当に良かったです！ お部屋は完全に一人暮らし用のマンション、アパートのよう。 豪華なホテルのようにロビーを通って、など不要なため非常に気が楽でした。 お部屋も必要なものは全て揃っていて、清潔感もあり快適でした。 ゴミは共用スペースに燃えるゴミと缶やビン、ペットボトルの回収ゴミ箱があるので、部屋のゴミがたまったら捨てに行けます。 部屋のゴミ袋は1階共有スペースのアメニティーコーナーにありました。 シャワーのみで、タオルはバスタオル2枚、手拭いサイズ2枚。 洗濯機、乾燥機、粉洗剤が用意されてます。 ハンガーは4つで洗濯バサミはありません。 　 必要なアメニティは1階共有スペースから自由にもらえるので、助かりました。 広めのベランダがあるのでウエットスーツなどをベランダの縁にひっかけて干してる方が多かったです。 洗濯バサミがあれば飛ばされず安心かなと思いました。 外で干したい方は洗濯物用のロープがあるとベランダで干せるかなと思います。 冷蔵庫も一人暮らし用サイズで、快適でした。 近くにドンキやスーパー、ドラッグストアもあり便利です。 誰にも干渉されずに過ごせてとても良かったです。宮古島に行く時にまた利用させていただきます！

新しく清潔です。価格も連泊には優しい設定。トイレとシャワーが別で洗濯機と乾燥機もついている。一つ不満があるとすれば、駐車場が少し狭いくらいです。 アパートメントタイプなのでホテルのようなサービスを求める人には向いてません。掃除なしですが¥2000で掃除オプションありです。
