それなりの年数ですから、しかもあの大震災の揺れに耐えてきたのですから、ある程度傷んでいるのは致し方ないでしょう。しかし、立地の良さや独自のサービスによる絶対的な他の同業施設への優位性を何とか今後も維持してもらいたい。宿泊者向きの計らいをぶれることなく続けてもらいたいものです。
