The front desk lady checked us in to a dirty room that had not been cleaned from the previous guest. When I went back to get a different room, she gave her boyfriend a room key to check if the other options for open rooms were clean. He checked a few rooms. One room he opened without knocking had people in it. The new room was clean, but candy wrappers were in corner on the floor and the tv did not work at all (remote dead maybe?). About 20 minutes after we settled in, the front desk worker knocked on our door and offered us a suite. We declined as it was already after 10 pm and we just unpacked for the night.

After a 7 hour drive and booking the room weeks in advance we arrived with 4 sleepy children ranging from 8-14. The first news we hear is there is only one room left in the size we booked and the air isnt working properly, in addition to that, that our door wouldn't open from the outside. So if all of us left we would either have to leave it cracked with our personal belongings inside or have them reset the door everytime. Once we get in the room that should sleep 7, there is enough space on the beds provided to sleep 5 comfortably. We ended up making a bed out of couch cushions and extra pillows for the littlest to sleep on. Next time we are in town I will choose a different hotel.

Rooms did not meet the expectations of how the outside looked. Nice looking building but dumpy rooms. Bare walls dingy looking with grime in the corners of many walls. Definitely way over priced. My first impression was this place is a dump.

Dude, so many problems! I turned on the heat, and the smoke detector went off. Smelled like something was burning. The outlets weren't working. There was poop on the sheets. The wallpaper was peeling, the door key didn't work, the parking lights were out, and the carpet was ripped and dirty. I stayed Saturday night and found dog food in the hall. I came back Wednesday, and the same dog food was still there. This place is a mess. I'm never staying there again!
