There were a few things that weren't good. One of the beds looked like it was just slept in, the toilet didn't flush, the refrigerator wasn't on and seemed to be moved from it's normal spot, and the sink would not drain very good. That is the jist of it.

Very disappointed. General property was not well maintained or clean. Our room smelled like a sewer due to sewer gas coming up the drain. Staff was minimal help. Only sealed drain, so sink couldn’t be used. Awful, and ended up charging us full price. Will never stay there again. Other hotels in area are much better. The only thing we liked there was the cute ambiance with bear figurines.

It was a nice stay. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom sink was stuck down. A bit of mold in the bathtub. Desk clerk was very nice. Breakfast was good.

Fridge in room didn’t work. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Hot tub jets didn’t work. I told front desk, she was sorry. When checking out, morning staff said they had ice because of problems but I wasn’t offered any.

Management has apparently given up on this property. Our hallway was littered with debris our entire stay; the front desk was unaware. The dirty hallway gave everything else a creepy vibe. Checking in, the woman at the front desk never once looked at me; it seemed like customers were an annoyance. The faucet in our sink had an aerator with no insides; does maintenance have the supplies to repair things? Like I opened; they appear to have given up.

Cut Corners on Cleanliness

The room was spacious and comfortable. Bedding and towels were clean. Upon settling into our room, it became clear that the floors had not been cleaned or vacuumed. There was a CHEESE-IT on the floor and it was not from us. Also the shower drain in the tub was FULL of hair. Ewww

Probably it was a nice hotel. Lobby is inviting and staff is friendly. I didn’t remember correctly and I asked them to changed our king room to a 2 queen room. I could use a swimming pool and a tub. There were no kids tonight but light was dim and hot tub didn’t have much water power massage effect. But I could relaxed a little bit.
