We had road troubles and were VERY delayed in our check in time. The staff were very understanding abd accommodating to our needs. They were also very helpful in us finding a place to eat, especially at the late hour. The room was very clean, bed was quite comfortable.

Arrived at check in and upon entering the room found it was very cold. Turned up the heat and looked around to see why it was so cold. I found that the the exterior window was wide open and this was a ground floor room. Very disconcerting to say the least.

Comfortable bed and clean sheets, quiet surroundings, breakfast good. Bad was that bathroom floor was sticky and I couldn’t get anyone to answer phone and no one at desk to tell - so I wore shoes in the room, which is atypical for me.

First scheduled room was not clean so they moved us to another which was ok. But they forgot to program our door key cards to the new room and we had to continuously go to the desk for a new program key card, hassle for sure.
