I loved this property! It felt like we walked into a brand new suite. Stayed for 3 nights but will stay there more often if I get the chance. Everything was so clean and they had an awesome laundry room! Definitely stay here if you have the chance!

Could have used a room cleaning mid week of my stay for fresh towels and linens. The coffee machine went out of service on day 2 of my stay..disappointing. Next time I will want a room away from the front hotel parking lot and preferably on 2nd or 3rd floor. Too loud on the first floor and too bright early in the morning. Needs curtains in the room to help with bright early morning sun.

Then the front desk attendant informed me, "I see your reservation, but we have no availability." She explained that they had overbooked and since we booked our room through Expedia, they would not accommodate us.

They advertise the property as an extended stay type facility. But there are no dishes, pots and pans or eating utensils furnished with the rental. It’s like the facility is complete as far as construction and furnishings go, but hasn’t been outfitted for its intended purpose. I will not stay there again.

This business turned myself and my partner away - explaining that they had overbooked the hotel and didn’t have a room for us. This was after confirming our reservation the same morning. The front desk said this may be due to the insufficient performance of the new GM (Chris or Cole I believe his name was?) They can’t even honor a booking, I would not recommend in the future 😂

Awful place. Do not recommend. Arrived to find that despite having a confirmed and paid for reservation, they did not have a room for us. We were told they overbooked the hotel, leaving us to scramble to find a hotel, which we were lucky to find one room at a local motel for twice as expensive. Do not recommend - steer clear.
