We were a bit disappointed due to the fact that we were searching for a hotel with a hot tub to soak, warm up and relax. The first thing we see at check in was a sign stating that the spa was out of order. But at least we got one of their rooms with a jetted tub so it satisfied a little. Hotel was clean and cozy. Location seemed quiet and safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a good addition to have disinfectant wipes in the gym area though.

They’re doing construction so the whole building has a very strong, unpleasant odor. The hot tub and elevator are both out of commission at the moment as well but we weren’t notified about any of this until we checked in and it was too late to change our plans. The positive- the woman at the front desk during our check in was exceptionally kind and good at her job.

More transparent, we were never told the hotel was under construction, and that the elevator was not in service and that we would be on the third floor room alarms, going off every morning and the bottom lobby filled with sawdust the place look like it was full of smoke. It would’ve just been nice to know so maybe I could’ve reserved through a different hotel.

The staff were very nice. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and is very dated. It could use a good cleaning and remodel. The place is under construction, that is good. The fall decor was very cute. Loved the warm chocolate chip cookies.

Breakfast was terrific. Lots of options and the lady attending to the breakfast was wonderful and on top of everything. I am allergic to pet hair and dandruff. Have one floor for pets and the rest for people only
