We liked the hotel's location, on the banks of a river, and less than a mile from both the University of Montana and downtown Missoula (where we attended a free concert in the park). Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downsides were we checked in at the same time as a large tour group (which slowed the process) and some of the breakfast items weren't restocked.

For me the best part of this property was the location on the river and the fire pit area. Very convenient to the hwy. The negative was that the toilet flushed very slow and breakfast was meh. The eggs were cold.

Excellent stay. Friendly service. Comfy beds. Nice breakfast The only thing to note is that it is right by the railroad tracks, which might be an issue for some people. We sleep with a fan on and didn't hear the train at all but some in our group were awoken by it every morning. We would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was great with lots of selections, hot and cold. Parking seemed safe and lots of restaurants around the area. Right next to the river. The only downside was you could hear the people above you enough to wake you up overnight. Would stay again when passing through.
