House is very unique as it is 6000 sf all on the main floor. The indoor pool room has a indoor heated pool and a basketball/pickleball ct and a hot tub. The house sets on a 1.5 acre parcel of land with no neighbor close by. Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Court. The main house has four bedrooms with one queen bed in each room. The finished basement has two Queen size beds in one room and two Queen size bed in the second room (eight total Queen size beds in the house ). There are a lot of issues with the house that need attention. The toilet paper holder, towel holder and drain cover are all broken in the main bathroom. Carpet in thresholds have holes in them and have been duct tapped. The water and ice maker in the fridge are broken.Holes in walls and some patched but not repainted. Tiles in the pool are off and falling off. Bottom of the pool look unclean. It was a disappointing to have so much in disarray. Charging top dollar for a house and not getting a top property and accommodations seems unfair.Overall we were disappointed.

This property was excellent for a large group of friends with young kids. We especially enjoyed afternoons in the outdoor pool, playing in the gym and lawn games in the yard. There was lots of counter space and table space in the kitchen & dining area for food and board games, and two nice sitting & playing areas. It could use some repairs/updates, but nothing that affected our enjoyment. The owner was very communicative and responsive to questions beginning months in advance and throughout our stay. We're already considering another stay next summer!

Family reunion and birthday celebration

Great property for our large group. Plenty to do with an indoor and outdoor pool, an indoor gym with basketball and pickle ball court and a hot tub. Plenty of space with eight queen size beds, two refrigerators and two living rooms with televisions. The group enjoyed the secluded property located in a neighborhood. Also loved the wildlife (rabbits, squirrels, groundhogs and birds) that shared the property.

Wonderful family getaway

Wonderful stay. Pool was fun for all. Gym with basketball hoop and pickleball court was an additional plus for this rental. All ages of our family loved it. I would highly rent this property again.

We were very happy with the size of the house. It was large enough for our entire group to move around and feel comfortable. We loved the gym and pool room. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything supplied in the gym. It was a great weekend for all of us.

Excellent layout and amenities.Entire group loved the pool and hot tub. The Gym got a lot of use from the kids and some adults. Communication with and response from owner was excellent. We had a GREAT stay.

Family Getaway Weekend

The space for a large family getaway weekend was great. With the basketball court, pool and hot tub there was something for everyone to enjoy! It was great having two full size refrigerators and plenty of tables and chairs for eating and playing cards. My family had a great time. We were able to meet Jim the owner. He was very accommodating!

Disappointed

We were super excited to book this house for our first ever family vacation. Upon arrival we were very disappointed as the pictures online were not a correct representation of the house. The floors were not swept, not mopped and the carpets weren't much better. While this wouldn't normal be a big deal, we didn't want to spend our our first vacation in 3 years cleaning a house upon arrival, especially after having to pay a pretty large cleaning fee. The indoor pool area is very slippery and there are a lot of cracked very sharp tiles that resulted in multiple people cutting their feet even with laying towels down. We ended up running out to buy duct tape to put over the tile to eliminate the issue. Upon checkin we were informed the hot tub was broken and the jets did not work. Prior to check-in we were informed the outdoor pool is closed for the season the week after Labor Day, this would be helpful if listed on the website. We never did find the 5th bathroom and the 3rd full bathroom is in the pool area. This would be a great rental house if the price point was cheaper but for the money we payed our expectations were set much higher than what this house offered. We've used VRBO for many vacations and this was the first time our expectations were not met.
