Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the condo. The beach was beautiful, and the views from the balcony were excellent. However, there were a few issues that, if addressed, would make future stays much more enjoyable.Master Bedroom Bed – While we are accustomed to a slightly firmer mattress, the bed in the master bedroom was extremely soft. Unfortunately, this caused discomfort throughout the night and resulted in back pain each morning.Hot Water Heater – The hot water for showers lasted only about five minutes before turning cold, which was challenging for a family of four. Most of us ended up taking cold showers. We contacted maintenance, and although they adjusted the water heater temperature, it did not resolve the issue. Upgrading to a larger hot water heater may help prevent this problem for future guests.Washing Machine – Once the washer finished filling, it became extremely loud during operation. The noise was disruptive and sounded as though the machine may need maintenance or repair.Smoking on Nearby Balconies – Smoke from neighboring balconies, including both cigarettes and marijuana, frequently drifted onto our balcony area. This made it difficult to fully enjoy sitting outside during the evenings.Despite these concerns, we did appreciate the property’s location and scenic views.
