Enjoyed our trip so much, such. Beautiful location. The condo was exactly as pictured and so pretty. Enjoyed the beach and the pool. Restaurant on site was great.

Reclean entry walls to all doors and light fixtures.. sand on table 6 dining room chairs and 3 bar stool where excessively filthy had to rub and clean still ended up putting hand towels on all to sit chairs were gummy and sticky.. lamp light in double bedroom missing knob so couldn’t turn on and that in the additional bed room also.Air condition not circulating properly …in the double bedroom air was continuously coming and had to cover our faces because the other rooms weren’t getting cool. Found sock in bedroom near trash can.. bed room single drawstring on blind the nabbing was missing, and my sister used the stool to get up on it and she fell and she has a big bruise on her side across her entire buttock ..the lamp in that room it did not work. I had to clean meaning sweep and sweep off the outdoor patio and I had to cover that with towels. Also the curtains in the front area living room windows.. there deteriorating.. some with spoke with Supervisor of Housekeeping there and she said that she was going to document the cleaning I had to sweep. outside the main entry door the chain that goes across the door for security. It was laying on the ground outside of the door…
