Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Please Note: The resort will begin renovations to the Sports Deck starting April 7, 2026, with some preparatory work already underway. Guests may notice occasional daytime noise or construction activity in this area. Parking remains available but may be slightly busier at times. Mainsail 331 is ideally located just a short walk to the beach in the heart of Miramar Beach. This lovely condo has over 1200sq.ft. of living space with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably, there are two twins together to make a king in the master bedroom, and two twin bunk beds in the guest bedroom. This recently updated condo features a spacious living and dining area, granite countertops in the kitchen, tile flooring throughout, and stunning partial gulf views from the balcony. The complex is located just across Hwy 98 from Silver Sands Outlet and has 24 hour security. Area Attractions: 

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
