GUEST NOTICE:

Please be advised that renovations are currently underway at the building. Due to this work, noise levels may be impacted during your stay. The renovations are taking place on the exterior of the facility and are scheduled to continue from November 2024 through September 2025. Several amenities may be affected. The project timeline is beyond the owners' control. We are coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure all guests are informed and inconveniences are minimized.

Property Description:
This spacious studio apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a California king-size bed, queen-size sofa bed, full-size bathroom, dining table with 4 chairs, sitting chair, and a 6-drawer dresser. The unit is equipped with a TV with cable service and a beachfront balcony on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is newly renovated with granite countertops and full-size appliances, providing everything you need to feel at home. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, extra linens, towels, and basic toiletries.

Enjoy the gorgeous views and ocean sounds, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Beach umbrellas and chairs are provided for your convenience, and a rental shack on the beach offers additional water sports equipment.

To access the beach, walk to the ground level, exit through the right gate, and enjoy a short stroll. Guests can dine at the Beach Bar & Grill for lunch or visit the nearby Beach House restaurant and Barefoot Beach Bar at the Hilton. Gas BBQ grills are available on-site.

The property is secured with 24/7 security, gated access, and unit lock codes. Parking is available in covered spaces on the 1st floor or uncovered on the Lobby level. Restrooms are located by the pool and in the lobby.

Great location. Easy access from parking. Equipped kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Unit needs updating. Bathroom tub drains very slowly while showering. Bathroom sink leaks. Sliding door to balcony is a problem since that side of blinds doesn’t work. Front door did not seem secure with just a security chain. Did not know the pool was not finished so unavailable. Very crowded beach.

Perfect- we will be back!

This was the perfect condo for our family to enjoy a vacation ON the beach at an affordable rate! It is true the building pool was under construction during our stay however we were able to use the pool right next it, so it was no problem at all. The beach access was so close and we truly enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

Property was convenient to the art show I was doing. There was construction but the beach was nice. My Vrbo app kept saying there was a problem on their end when I tried to find out where the car pass and bracelets were. If mattresses had a topper I would have given 5 stars It wasn’t comfortable.

We were here for 3 nights and it was a great stay! Super clean and great location/distance from the beach. There was some construction going on but we did not hear it and it did not affect our stay at all. The host was super communicative and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay at the property but did not know before going that there was no pool (they are putting in a new one) and there was outside construction and painting going on so several of our windows were covered in plastic and the windows/door to the balcony was filthy so that really messed up the view. Some of the furnishings were pretty worn. But the host answered quickly when we could not get in the gate, we were emailed the wrong code.

I wish I would have known about the construction. It was literally outside our door and patio. I couldn’t sit on patio during the day due to the construction. Everything worked but the unit is need of some updating. The bed was really nice and that’s probably the most important.

Great place but there were cockroaches. Very alive ones. I would have been ok with dead ones because that means they’re being treated (I am from this area of Florida so I know they are everywhere) but the fact that they were alive and there were multiple meant I was unable to sleep.

We loved this property. The location is amazing and it was very clean. View from balcony is amazing. The only downfall is the broken blinds, you could see other people (and they you) from the bed at night. But would definitely stay again, we loved it.

Had issues but it was reconciled

There was an issue with the hvac which caused the room to be damp . I had to find somewhere else to stay . But the host fully refunded me . They had maintenance come in the day I left so I’m sure it will be a nice visit for someone .
