Welcome to “Sea Viche,” a serene Mediterranean-style retreat located inside the prestigious Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort on Florida's Emerald Coast. This elegant three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home offers golf course and lake views, upscale finishes, and resort-style amenities—perfect for families, couples, or business travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and relaxation.

The main living level features an open-concept layout with hardwood flooring throughout, allowing the living, dining, and kitchen areas to flow seamlessly together. The gourmet kitchen is designed for both entertaining and everyday meals, featuring granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and bar-stool seating for additional guests. A separate dining area provides ample space for family meals or casual gatherings.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor, offering privacy and quiet sleeping spaces. The primary king suite is a true retreat, complete with a private balcony overlooking the golf course and lake. The en-suite bathroom features dual granite vanities, an oversized soaking tub, and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom offers a king bed with a private en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom is a custom bunk suite with a full-over-queen bunk bed, also featuring its own en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Guests will enjoy the convenience of an in-home laundry area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtfully curated furnishings throughout. A 6-passenger street-legal golf cart is included, making it easy to explore Baytowne Wharf, the Marina, Grand Boulevard, and all that Sandestin has to offer.

Sandestin Beach Access Update – Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort's beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.

Sandestin Resort is an amazing vacation spot! Its family friendly atmosphere will keep you coming back for years. Baytowne Wharf is a beautiful pedestrian outdoor plaza with retail stores and restaurants overlooking the bay. For child friendly fun visit the Baytowne BlastArcade & Laser Maze or head to the Baytowne Adventure Zone to zip across the lagoon on the Baytowne Zipline or try your skills on the Sky Trail Ropes aerial obstacle course. If they still haven't had enough fun, the Tower Climb and Eurobungy are attractions sure to thrill them. Smaller children will be delighted to explore the Baytowne Adventure Landing Playground. Relax while the kids play on this imaginative nautical themed playground with slides and towers galore. This is a large enclosed fenced area, where kids can climb, swing, run and play to their hearts content.

Sandestin has many other exciting things to offer. Take a trip to the Marina and eat lunch on the water while watching the Yachts and Sailboats explore the bay.
