Welcome to Sanddollar 6B, a beachfront townhome located at 2075 Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. This pet-friendly property sits directly on the sand, offering clear views of the water and immediate access to the Gulf. Designed for guests who want to be steps from the shore, the townhome combines a practical layout with modern updates to ensure a comfortable stay.
The main living area is located on the second floor and features an open floor plan with a sleeper sofa and a full kitchen. The kitchen has been updated with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinets, providing everything needed for cooking and dining in. Large sliding doors lead out to a covered, rain-proof deck furnished with modern seating. This outdoor space is a great spot to relax and watch the waves regardless of the weather.
The top floor is dedicated to the bedrooms and primary bathrooms. The master suite includes a king bed and its own private oceanfront deck for quiet views of the coast.
The second bedroom also features a king bed and looks out toward Scenic Gulf Drive. Between the top two levels, the home offers two full bathrooms and one half bath, along with an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV and the entire unit has a private Wi-Fi connection.
To make your beach days even easier, every reservation from March through October includes a complimentary set of beach service chairs and an umbrella. This property is professionally managed by a local team, ensuring the accommodations are clean, functional, and ready for your arrival. Parking: 1 Vehicle Limit. There is one designated parking spot for this rental, located directly in front of the unit. Guests may only park one small or midsize vehicle onsite. All other vehicles must be parked off site at owner's discretion. No exceptions.
Food: Sandollar Townhomes is perfectly positioned near top local favorites. For beachfront dining, Pompano Joe's and Whale's Tail are just a short walk away, offering Caribbean flavors and stunning sunset views. Locals also love Pascalli Kitchen for New York-style pizza and The Surf Hut for casual seafood and ribs. For groceries, Winn-Dixie is the most convenient full-service supermarket less than a mile away. Publix is a short drive to the east for high-quality deli items, while Whole Foods is about four miles west for organic selections.
Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) is provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically labelled with your name. Additional sets may be purchased by La Dolce Vita chair rentals in advance. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.
Pool: This complex does not have a pool.
PROVISIONS
• Guests must be 25 yrs old to reserve and occupy this property.
• Check-In 4pm Check-Out 10am
• Completed and Signed Rental Agreement must be submitted by email within 24hrs
• Pets: Restricted to 2 dogs of 40 lbs or less, crate-trained dogs only. Pet should be secured in crate at any time it is left alone in the property. Pet fee applies and may be added if not included at the time of reservation.
• There are one designated parking spot for this rental, and it is directly in front of the unit. Guests may only park one small or midsize vehicle onsite. All other vehicles must be parked off site at owner's discretion.
• There is NO SMOKING allowed in this property.
• There is no elevator here, so all parties should be able to navigate stairs. To access the beach, there is a staircase on the beach side of the building.
