This stunning beachfront retreat is located on the 9th floor of Gulfside and offers breathtaking views of the emerald-green waters and sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, an oversized balcony, brand-new furnishings, and all the amazing amenities that Hidden Dunes Resort has to offer!

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. And with seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, as well as seating for 6 at the dining table, there is room for everyone to enjoy! Designed with relaxation in mind, the coastal style living area offers plush furnishings and access to an expansive balcony. The fully furnished balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a delightful al fresco dining experience while taking in breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast.

The luxurious master bedroom offers a king-size bed, new wood flooring, a picture window with gulf views and private access to the gulf front balcony. Guests can also enjoy an ensuite primary bathroom with tub/shower combination and dual vanities. The guest bedroom is furnished with two full beds and offers new wood flooring and access to a hallway bath with tub/shower combination.

For your convenience, 903 Gulfside at Hidden Dunes offers garage parking, an in-unit washer/dryer and complimentary high speed WIFI.

Hidden Dunes is a beach front resort that offers 3 swimming pools, a world class tennis facility with clay courts that is ranked among the 'Top 50 Tennis Resorts in the USA' (court fees apply), a catch-and-release fishing lake, scenic walking trails, lighted basketball courts, shuffleboard, horse shoes, a complimentary fitness center with his/hers locker rooms, sauna and covered parking, and onsite security at the resort’s gated entrance. Grills available near the beach! Hidden Dunes is less than three minutes away from outlet and retail shopping, fine restaurants, and grocery stores. There are several challenging golf courses, a water park, and entertainment within a few minutes drive! Also nearby is Sandestin’s Grand Boulevard with a brand new movie theatre, upscale shopping and restaurants. Destin offers a variety of fishing, boating, and dinner cruise excursions. Only 2 vehicles are allowed per unit.

Amenities were amazing. The beach was beautiful and such a quick walk from the condo. The kids absolutely loved the pool. The rooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the cooking supplies you could need. Restaurants were within walking distance on the beach. Very fun to stop and get a drink and appetizer and see the beautiful beach front.One of my children accidentally locked the pantry door. The host responded very quickly and had someone from maintenance come unlock the door promptly.Overrall, had an amazing experience.

We had a wonderful stay and have already booked for next year! Property management was very responsive whenever we contacted them. We had a minor problem with the shower door and maintenance came and fixed it within a few hours.All of the Hidden Dunes staff we encountered throughout the month were very friendly and helpful.Especially with us staying a whole month, 1) it would have been GREAT to have lamps on each side of the sectional for reading in the evening. 2) It would be nice to have 4 matching wine glasses-- even two! .3) The glass situation overall is not optimal. There are maybe 8 huge glasses that would be used to make milkshakes. We went to the thrift store and bought a few regular size glasses to have-- we left them in the condo.we had a wonderful time in our month stay and can't wait to return next year!

The property needs a lot of updating. Walls have chunks taken out and the trim in the bathrooms need to be replaced. Ends don’t meet and needs painting. Couch was comfortable but smells at the long end. Balcony is really nice. We spent a lot of time out there. Overall, condo needs updating but is comfortable.

Such a nice place for a family vacation

This condo was such a nice spot for our family vacation! Plenty of room and nicely updated. Hidden Dunes has a great heated pool in the spring and walking distance to the beach. The couch could probably use some updating this year but it was still comfy!
