The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. And with seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, as well as seating for 6 at the dining table, there is room for everyone to enjoy! Designed with relaxation in mind, the coastal style living area offers plush furnishings and access to an expansive balcony. The fully furnished balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a delightful al fresco dining experience while taking in breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast.

The luxurious master bedroom offers a king-size bed, new wood flooring, a picture window with gulf views and private access to the gulf front balcony. The guest bedroom is furnished with two full beds and offers new wood flooring and access to a hallway bath with tub/shower combination.

Hidden Dunes is a beach front resort that offers 3 swimming pools, a world class tennis facility with clay courts that is ranked among the 'Top 50 Tennis Resorts in the USA' (court fees apply), a catch-and-release fishing lake, scenic walking trails, lighted basketball courts, shuffleboard, horse shoes, a complimentary fitness center with his/hers locker rooms, sauna and covered parking, and onsite security at the resort’s gated entrance. Grills available near the beach! Hidden Dunes is less than three minutes away from outlet and retail shopping, fine restaurants, and grocery stores. There are several challenging golf courses, a water park, and entertainment within a few minutes drive! Also nearby is Sandestin’s Grand Boulevard with a brand new movie theatre, upscale shopping and restaurants. Destin offers a variety of fishing, boating, and dinner cruise excursions. The condominium was very nice. A few improvements could be made regarding the air conditioning. It was inadequate. If you enjoy a sofa mattress you will like the main bedroom. The balcony furniture was very comfortable.

Great Condo! The description was very accurate. Great view from the 9th floor. The porch light is burnt out so when it gets dark it is not usable. Also the primary king bed mattress needs to be replaced. However overall great property.

Amenities were amazing. The beach was beautiful and such a quick walk from the condo. The kids absolutely loved the pool. The rooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the cooking supplies you could need. Restaurants were within walking distance on the beach. Very fun to stop and get a drink and appetizer and see the beautiful beach front.One of my children accidentally locked the pantry door. The host responded very quickly and had someone from maintenance come unlock the door promptly.Overrall, had an amazing experience.

We had a wonderful stay and have already booked for next year! Property management was very responsive whenever we contacted them. We had a minor problem with the shower door and maintenance came and fixed it within a few hours.All of the Hidden Dunes staff we encountered throughout the month were very friendly and helpful.Especially with us staying a whole month, 1) it would have been GREAT to have lamps on each side of the sectional for reading in the evening. 2) It would be nice to have 4 matching wine glasses-- even two! .3) The glass situation overall is not optimal. There are maybe 8 huge glasses that would be used to make milkshakes. We went to the thrift store and bought a few regular size glasses to have-- we left them in the condo.we had a wonderful time in our month stay and can't wait to return next year!

The property needs a lot of updating. Walls have chunks taken out and the trim in the bathrooms need to be replaced. Ends don’t meet and needs painting. Couch was comfortable but smells at the long end. Balcony is really nice. We spent a lot of time out there. Overall, condo needs updating but is comfortable.

Everything was great! The only thing negative was the parking garage…there were NUMEROUS parking spots blocked with cones limiting the parking spots available. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Very inviting when you walked thru the door of the condo.The décor was finished nicely. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was there with extra pillow cases within 60 minutes. Condiments missing was Salt & Pepper.Beautiful balcony with a nice table and 4 chairs. 2 piece comfortable chairs and a ottoman for relaxing outside listening to the waves. Will definitely stay in this condo again.

Roomy 2br condo beautifully decorated with all the extras! The view from the 9th floor was amazing! Condo is directly above pool so there is a nice view of that as well. Well appointed kitchen with pantry for the groceries and the best part was a large built in ice maker that we used to fill our cooler everyday for the beach. Beds were very comfy, as well as the sectional sofa which appears to be brand new. Air conditioner was cold which is a requirement for us! We loved the underground parking deck because our car was never too hot when we would leave for dinner! I must also mention that the condo is convenient to the elevator, which was so fast! We visit Destin every year and this was our first stay at Hidden Dunes. We are definitely planning to stay here next year!

Perfect location great condo

Me, my two small children and parents stayed for 6 nights. Upon arrival, the condo was very clean and beautiful. The views are beautiful and the condo is up to date. The only issues we had were that the spaces between the bars on the balcony were very far apart. I was extremely cautious of my three year old being near the edge. I also heard several others mention their concerns of this as well. One stating he wasn’t sure if they would even pass code. Also, the dishwasher was not working so when we left we had to leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I haven’t heard back from the management company on that matter. Other than those two issues we had the best trip ! The walk from the first floor to the beach is short and the water and weather was amazing !
