This two unit combo is located on the second floor of the tower offering beach side access and Gulf views. The units share a common entry foyer, but each has a lockout feature for privacy and comfort. The first unit is a one bedroom condo with open concept full kitchen, dining area, living room, spacious wraparound balcony and stacked washer/dryer. The studio unit offers a king bed, twin sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchenette, and bath with tub/shower combo. Both units have upgraded furnishings in the living areas and bathrooms boasting coastal themes and beachy comfort.

This option is perfect for snowbirds flying south for the winter who want to entertain guests or a family/friend group looking to hit the beach. Guests in the studio unit have their own bathroom and can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning without waking the entire condo. The one bedroom unit offers ample seating inside and out for family gatherings, game nights, and homecooked meals. With a lagoon-style pool two floors down and beach side access, Luau II is the best of all vacationing worlds.
