Nice Property- Conveniently Located

This property suited our group of adults - family- well. The house is very clean and comfortable. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need. Beach towels were provided, as well. The beach access is great. The plunge pool on site is a nice touch. The community pool 2 blocks away is close and very nice. We had a great stay and were very pleased with this property.

We were not expecting the amount of steps so the carrying a heavy suitcase up 3 floors was tough. The construction next door on their pool was morning til late night on the weekend.

Spring Break 2021

The property is great. The pool, though small, was used throughout the week. Location is pretty close to the other non-beachfront Frangista beach access, which makes this a busy part of the beach. Spring break traffic made it difficult to get out of the driveway. But overall, the property was everything I expected. Which was great. If you have bad knees, use the elevator. We did not and there are a lot of stairs if you take one of the 2 3rd floor bedrooms.

Great location and beautiful house

The property is in a great location and very clean upon arrival. The property management was wonderful on all accounts, very friendly . It was great to be right on the beach with multiple small children going back and forth all day.

Gorgeous beachfront home!

We absolutely loved our stay at Frangista Finale. We brought 10 people from ages 8 to 77 and we had plenty of room to spread out. The home is gorgeous and well stocked. It was so conveniently located on the beach for our kids ages because at 12, 10, and 8 they could run back and forth from the beach and house as needed on their own to grab something or rest for a bit without an adult because we could see them the entire way. This is HUGE for us and really cut down on hassle. Everyone had a relaxing time.

Perfect setup

As a grandfather of 8, and 1 on the way, this rental was perfect. My very pregnant daughter only had to step off the back porch to go to the beach. The younger grandkids had quick and easy access to a bathroom and the community pool was near by and a great addition, especially when there were red flags at the beach.
