OOH!, AAH! This Exquisite Studio property is located on the fourth floor of Observation Point South in The Village of Baytowne Wharf on the bayside of the Sandestin Golf & Beach resort. Windows overlook The Village of Baytowne Wharf with vistas stretching to the Choctawhatchee Bay and the Baytowne Marina. The windows do not open, but provide an incredible view of the weekly (in season) fireworks shows and drone shows. 



This studio Condominium sleeps four comfortably. The room has a two queen size beds and full bath with combined shower and tub. Also, provided for your convenience, are a mini-fridge, microwave, and drip coffee maker.



The property can be converted into a 3BR/3BA by securing the adjoining 2BR/2BA condominium for the same dates, if available. Contact us for details or assistance.

Excellent location! Tram was easily accessible, Baytowne has plenty of places to eat and have fun, and the beach was a 15 min tram ride! Would definitely book again!
