Summary:
Adorable villa just a short walk to the beach! From the patio you can relax and enjoy a view of the beautiful emerald waters.

The Space:
This villa is two stories, and on the first level is the guest bedroom with a queen bed and updated private bathroom, along wiht a sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom and off from the master bedroom are built in bunk beds, perfect for kids!

The Neighborhood:
Seascape is a quiet golf and tennis community with access to the beach and several pools, and is between both Scenic 98 and Hwy 98.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and other attractions in and around Seascape!

We loved the location, very close to the beach and The Whales Tail. The complex is older but very nice and clean and well maintained. The condo needs some TLC. The furniture is very dirty and tattered and the carpet and vents need cleaning. The small couch on the deck was so broken up that it couldn’t be sat on. There was only 2 barstools besides the broken couch out there.The beds were comfortable but one had dirty bedding.
