By far the best

I stayed in many apartments during my Italy trip and by far this was the nicest. Great location, very clean, great stocked kitchen and wonderful host. wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay here my next time in the area.

saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und aufgeräumt. Uns hat jedoch ein gemütliche Ecke gefehlt, an die man sich als Familie zurückziehen kann und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Es gibt leider nur einen Küchentisch mit recht unbequemen Stühlen, an denen man ungern den Abend verbringt. In der Wohnung selbst fehlt es an nichts. Gewöhnungsbedürftig für uns ist, dass der Müll inkl. Bio-Müll auf dem Balkon gesammelt wird und das bei über 40° Grad im Schatten. Das hat Ameisen und Co. angezogen und war sehr unschön. Auch die beschriebene Aussicht können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Man sieht ein Stück Meer - aber direkt davon Baumüll, verlassene Häuser und eine Baustelle. Die Parksituation ist ebenfalls nicht einfach. Die letzten Tage kamen immer mehr Autos dazu auf ohnehin viel zu engen Raum. Hier fehlt auch einfach der Hinweis, dass man mit einem großen Auto schon extrem fahrerfahren sein muss, um ans Haus zu gelangen. Die Angabe "nur wenige Schritte bis zum Meer" stimmt zu 100% - aber auch hier ein ABER: der einzige kostenfreie Strandabschnitt war einfach nur eckelhaft dreckig und verwahrlost. Obwohl in der ganzen Stadt genügend Mülleimer vorhanden sind, ist die Stadt recht müllastig. Dies scheint aber in Süditalien so üblich zu sein. In der Anzeige wird leider nicht erwähnt, dass man dafür noch 1,50 Euro pro Person (egal wie alt) Kurtaxe zahlt.

Appartamento ristrutturato spazioso

L'appartamento è anche meglio delle foto. E' ristrutturato di recente, è spazioso ed è accessoriato: dalla lavatrice al ferro da stiro, al phon per i capelli, ecc. C'è anche il posto macchina che i è molto comodo, in quanto i posti non a pagamento sono proprio pochi… In più la gentilezza della proprietaria che mi ha dato tante indicazioni, anche per WhatsApp, ha reso il soggiorno ancora più bello...
