Our stay was terrible, but there were a few things that will make us recheck before staying there again. Our first was no hot water to shower the first day. We informed through hotels.com and recieved a text back that the hotel was aware and working to resolve the issue. Our second was the second night we went to use the pool area and the hot tub was out of order but no sign. It was due to the chlorine balance being to high making it unsafe. Along with the pool area it is very unclean, all the metal in the area is rusted, and aling the long wall by the hot tub are mushrooms growing. This has be a pretty big health concern. The rooms were good, seemed clean, but could use a little update as tv is small, and the floor didnt seem very clean. The housekeeper although was very friendly and accommodating when i asked for new bedsheets and mattress cover as we had a minor accident and needed new ones. She was happy to help when they had not been to our room to clean or anything, and it was 230 in the afternoon.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was pretty quiet although the walls are thin. The pool is warm but small and could use cleaning and/or re-surfacing. There were only a few breakfast options and we found that the ice machines weren’t working. It was fine for the night and we would stay again.
