The hot breakfast was perfect. The beds and pillows perfect. Room was very very clean. Only reason I gave it 4 ininstead of 5 was the fanson the heater was ridiculously loud I believe because a repairmen didn't properly put it back together afterwards and it prevented a good night's sleep. I will stay here again just oof5wclean.

Overall hotel and room was neat and clean. Spacious room. Variety for breakfast, but bacon, sausage and egg was cold. Nothing available to wipe table between guests. Tables was all dirty and sticky with syrup and it was just 8:30.

It could have been uneventful. The breakfast is ok and the rooms are decent. It’s the cleanliness that needs work. Otherwise I was pretty happy. Good location and the staff was helpful. Then they said I disrespected their staff and called her a b!tch. I said tell me more about what I did I’m not remembering which time I mumbled that and I talk to myself a lot too. He didn’t elaborate I checked back in the evening and booked online and that’s when he told me that. If it came across him again. He’s from belcourt I suppose he thinks I’m going to get scared or argue more. Whatever. I really liked this place until that attitude. Then I felt almost threatened by his staff/family. The room they kept giving me seems like it has bugs. Cracks in the floor/missing grout next to the wall. A long walk to Siberia to get to my room but the hot tub and pool although small are nice. Just need a spring cleaning and an exterminator.

The hotel was fine but not clean. We had 2 rooms. one of the rooms was ok but not very well cleaned. we could tell the bathroom floor had not been mopped. the other room was so hot and we were not able to turn the heat off so we asked to switch rooms. the next room was ok until we went to use the toilet. Lifted the lid and the smell was terrible. It had old pee in it and smelled like it had been there for days. at this point we were tired and didn't want the hassle of changing rooms again so flushed it and ran the fan. in the morning we went for breakfast and forgot the key to one of the rooms. We went to the front desk and explained we needed a new key. the front desk person asked which room and handed a key over without asking for a name or any verification. that made us very uneasy. we nicely told him about the toilet and said maybe it had been a while since that room had been used. he never looked up from his computer and never acknowledged it at all, no sorry etc. Just handed the key over. we will NOT be staying here again

Excellent stay
This was an excellent place to stay. The breakfast was fantastic! The welcome from staff was exceptional and each staff interaction was positive. A great stay and will return.
