Was nice hotel, however, our beds were as hard as a rock. Friends of ours had a room also, whose beds were very, very soft, sunk into them. Bathroom has no place to hang wet towels and when they cleaned our room for the day, towels weren't replenished. I had a very sore knee from a previous fall, and to our surprise, no elevator. Staff very friendly. Clean rooms, but strange odor. Didnt use pool, but looked nice. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, but not bad.

Needed to use a restroom on arrival and was told it was around the corner. Could not find it. A staff member escorted me through the laundry room and to a small closet with a despicable room with a toilet that looked like it had never been cleaned. The rooms smelled of stale cigarettes. We tried to checkout and go elsewhere and manager refused to help. Stay away from this cesspool!

It was a solid stay for the budget. Breakfast was standard continental, and staff was friendly and always available. Pool area was well maintained too. My only issues were that the mattress was a bit hard for my preference. And the lock on one of the exterior side doors was completely missing. When I asked the front desk about it, they readily moved my room to the opposite end, away from the unlocked door.
