The hotel checked someone else (no relation to me) into our room, under our reservation with all my contact information and possibly my credit card information. They even showed me their paperwork showing all my information with a stranger’s signature. I requested a room anyway as it was very late at night. The room they gave us had stains all over the bed. Requested a new room and it was not very good either. It had ripped curtains and the toilet made a terrible noise every time it flushed. We reluctantly stayed as we were exhausted after traveling from CA to MN. We checked out the next day (1/16 - two days early) due to all the issues and not one of them could help me in confirming I wasn’t or wouldn’t be charged for the stranger in our room/reservation, in getting a refund or an explanation of anything. I spoke to a total of 5 employees and I even returned back to the hotel twice all while attending a family funeral and still never got any help. Very dissatisfied and would like a complete refund.

Bed and sheets were good, but the remote in the first room didn't work, so they gave me a new room. The new room had the shower rod falling off the wall, and a hole in one of the towels. It was just "fine"
