Urban Oasis in Northeast

I have a nice furnished room available for a travel nurse, businessperson, or someone just visiting town. I bought this house a year ago. It’s an amazing northeast neighborhood. It is walking distance from restaurants, bars and an amazing co-op.

Your bedroom is on the first floor. It is currently furnished with a full-size bed. The closet is a nice size. The kitchen is great for those who like to cook. Lots of cabinet space and open room. There is a dishwasher, Nespresso, ninja and more. There is a full bathroom downstairs and I have my own upstairs. There is a 65” flat screen TV ready for Netflix/Hulu viewing.
There is a fire table and fire pit. It will be put away during the winter months. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Central air and heat. Free laundry in the basement. ADT and Ring security! Extra safe.
