Open Floor Plan - mainly for Groups - 6 Bdrms - 2 Bath - Sleeps 17 on mattresses

Great for any nice group staying in the Twin Cities. Sleeps 20+ with 3 Queen beds, 2 single beds, 3 bunk beds (each with Trundle) -- sleeps 17 on adult mattresses, 2 couches and 2 recliners. Another 5-7 can use sleeping bags and air mattresses, if needed. Brick Fireplace walls on all 3 levels make this home unique. Kitchen island between LivRm and DinRm makes great conversational area, as does the Fireplace room -- great with some popcorn. Five bdrms and game room overflow "nook". The Game room has air hockey table and foosball table - each plays 4. Dining room table has 10 chairs - island counter-top seats 6 - LivRm seats 4 - allowing many to eat simultaneously. Dining room has a deck, through sliding glass doors and is like dining extension, with glass table & six chairs. The patio has 2 BBQ's and twin swing-rocking chair. Hot tub (jetted) in lower bath -- tubs usually need a lot of hot water - heat more on stove. Many bath towels in each bathroom. Stair closet has house and guest supplies -- comforters, blankets, sheets, towels, paper plates + cups, kleenex -- bath + shower supplies -- extra razors and toothbrushes, if you forgot. .......... Fire extinguisher - under kitchen sink and in front closet next to garage.
