The property is under construction so there are entrance/exit doors blocked, noise, construction dirt/paint/workers, and general inconveniences. The food is gross. The staff was unhelpful and seemed overwhelmed and distracted. They also misrepresented policy I think to avoid giving the effort to resolve my issue. Not a good experience overall. Do not recommend.

Could Have Been Better

The room was nicely done and clean. The breakfast was great. Location was perfect for an early morning flight. The desk staff, however were not very welcoming, bordering on rude. The two behind the desk didn’t acknowledge my presence until I interrupted them from their casual conversations with each other. Another slight peeve, was that the exterior was beginning painted and there were some chemical smells that were irritating.

Great stay

There was some crumbs by the wall that could have used the vacuum hose. Toilet seat is really loose and tbe bathroom door hits it. Needs to be tighten done with a screw driver.

The hotel was undergoing an update when we were there so things we a bit of a mess in the lobby area. Hopefully it has been completed. The breakfast was good. The front desk personnel were exceptional and made us feel very welcome.
