Overall the hotel is nice and convenient. However, the staff likes to gather at the front desk and talk among themselves while guests have to wait in line for service. When I was checking in, my check in was interrupted a couple times by another employee. The breakfast was delicious but the young gentlemen who was in charge of the area doesn't interact with guests and doens't bring silverware to the guests either. He had them rolled up in napkins in front of him. When I asked for a spoon he told me to look by the cereal but it was empty then he told me to check by the bagels. The display for the spoon wasn't easy to see considering all the other items on the tables. If he knew where it was at, why not just give one to me or bring me over to where they were at. He did not want to leave the cashier station for anything and at the time, I was the only guest dining. If you stay here, don't expect great service. It's just okay.

The best service!

The service was amazing...might have been the best service of any hotel stay I've had. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Location was convenient as well. It was pricey...and you have to pay extra for parking, but our stay was great.

Could have been better!!!

We tried to check in on line but it just said preparing for room for a half hour. So we had to go to the front desk to check in which was extremely slow and people cutting ahead of other people. When we finally reached the desk clerk after the check in time at 3 our room wasn’t ready so we had to sit in lobby and wait for that. We also had no choice but to pay $50 for valet parking at the hotel. It was convenient to walk to the US Bank Stadium but our room was very noisy with outside traffic etc. Also we were going to eat at the restaurant when we got checked in but when we went down to try to eat at 4:00 nobody was around so we had to find someone to see if it was open. He said yes so we seated ourselves and waited to be waited on because we were the first ones there. The person totally ignored us and just served the ones sitting at the bar. So we just got up and found a restaurant outside of the hotel. Being a Hilton I really thought the stay would have been better!!!

This property is a close walking distance to the Minneapolis convention center. It was very convenient for my event. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The pool was smaller but still enjoyable for my family.

Let me start off by saying the staff was lovely and were as responsive as they could be given the circumstances. Almost impossible to find - it’s the strangest location with no apparent parking (in their defense - parking was not promised but don’t plan on finding street parking anywhere nearby.) We had to change rooms three times before we found one that didn’t reek of pot. The staff was very apologetic and helpful in finding us a suitable room. Needless to say the clientele was a bit rowdy that weekend
