Receptionist was very helpful. Provided hot water for tea and a map to get around as GPS goes out in downtown Minneapolis.

I booked this hotel because we were in town to attend a basketball game. After we arrived, the event was canceled due to safety concerns (the arena is less than two blocks from the hotel). I checked out early and asked the front desk for a refund or a credit. Instead of understanding the situation, the clerk laughed and said “nothing is going on here” and suggested I “enjoy a night out downtown.” I was traveling with my 9-year-old son, did not feel safe staying, and ended up taking him elsewhere. I did not receive any refund or credit for the unused night. The staff’s dismissive and unprofessional response made a stressful situation worse. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

The room was very nice, new and clean. The entire hotel was pretty! I love that the Hawthorne Transportation Center is connected via skywalk so you do not have to go outside after you park. It is a very short walk via the skywalk to both that ramp and to the target center! Everytime I go to a Timberwolves game I will stay here!

A great place to stay downtown near the Target Center. Very comfortable, quiet, clean, comfortable bed, great shower, decent coffee and decent breakfast - good options. Nice location near Target Center, great dining options, shopping nearby although I wasn't there for shopping. Parking garage across the street, access via skyway. Inexpensive parking when compared to other big cities. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice room . Breakfast was delicious. Access to bars, food ect.... Just no parking on property. And our last night all we heard all night was ambulance and police so pretty noisey.

Best stay in a hotel in recent memory. Very clean and quiet room. Lots of choice with th breakfast offerings. But have to mention a nice young man at front desk who was especially helpful!! All in all a very good experience.
