I got the same issue with the guy on the front desk, I thought I can give Fairfield another chance, but this guy is the worse I ever seen. And I’m sure the management knows what happened. I already did talked to someone.

No breakfast at 7:00am

I have stayed here many times, but have not been back in about a year. Saturday morning my daughter and I had to be at an event and were counting on breakfast at 7am. Got down to the breakfast are at 7:05 and NO BREAKFAST! Apparently their Breakfast person had not shown up - you have no Plan B for when this happens? Parking used to be 10.00 per night - has now gone up to 15.00 per night AND available parking was far away from the building. My guess is they now allow for airport parking and run a shuttle to the airport which is fine, but wouldn't it be better customer service to your overnight guests to allow them to park closer to your building? I will be coming to this area a lot in the future and will definitely be looking for a more accommodating place to stay.
