While the welcome reception with drinks and snacks nightly was a great perk!! Our room was a bit dirty. There was a napkin behind the couch. There was a bottle of booze in the cupboard. The pull out couch bed was dirty when we unfolded. Lit alone all the stains and mis-made way the couch was put together, cushions backwards and disheveled. The pullout mattress was terribly uncomfortable!! We had to call for additional sheets and no pillowcase on the extra pillow for the pullout! The beds and pillows were terrible. There was no body wash in the bottle in the shower. We ran out of Kleenex and only one box in the bedroom, why not a box in the bathroom!? We ran out of toilet paper. We stayed because of the great location to the Vikings stadium but really wish we would have stayed elsewhere. We paid a lot of money for this uncomfortable weekend.

We stayed in the hotel over Christmas holiday. Although short staffed, the staff was courteous and the rooms tended daily. The room very comfortable with the separate sitting area, TV, coffee station and microwave. Bathroom very modern and spacious for a city hotel. The “made to order eggs/omelet” station was fantastic for breakfast. Front desk very willing to help and grant a happy stay. We will continue coming back.

Overall great!! Hot water in bathroom sink did not work on arrival but was repaired quickly. Window shade when pulled down for night would not go up in morning. Staff fantastic, breakfast outstanding and Happy Hour reception fun. Easy access to Skywalk and nearby parking.

I accidentally ordered a hotel at embassy in downtown and I didn't know if I was gonna get a hotel room at either Ac Marriott or Embassy and I don't know if I had enough 4 AC Marriott and I wondered if I paid for embassy hotel and it told all of my money and I feel like I won't be able to get it back so I'm can order another hotel either at embassy or royal Sonora in downtown Minneapolis and I hope I get another hotel tomorrow Friday but that's ok I'll try again next month on my birthday after my birthday
