I called to check in early, was told 2pm. When i arrived my room was not ready, staff was rude and short. Waited over 2 hours for my room. My room was finally ready at 4:15 but there was nothing they could. Beds were horrible, pillows were even worse. The main reason i booked this hotel was because there was a splash pad for little kids, it was closed with no explanation as to why. Will never stay at this hotel again!!!

We will start with the staff that accommodated us right away and did get us ajoining rooms. The. Cleanliness of the room was also on point. It was a very enjoyable stay. The downgrade was the hot tub ran like poo poo. No bubbles that was disappointing but it was HOT.

When I got there, my room door wouldn't open. Once management got it open, the room wasn't clean and reeked of pee. They did switch rooms for me. But you could clearly tell they don't clean their rooms. Later in the evening, my kids were in the hot tub, and ten to fifteen grown adults came in and started yelling and swearing at a couple in the hot tub. These grown adults surrounded the hot tub, and we could barely get our kids out. It took management forever to get involved, and they made everyone leave the pool, not just those involved. It was a very scary incident, and I would recommend you stay far away from this hotel. All in all, it was a terrible experience. I do not recommend.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Check in was late, and gave me keys to 2 rooms that were dirty! The kid pool (the reason we chose this property) was ice cold. There was a fight in the hot tub between adults and kids. They double charged me for parking. It was a horrible experience for my family! I am so disappointed! It was supposed to be a fun time for my family to bond and it was just disappointing!!
