Location was very safe, great neighborhood. However the property listing was for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome and it is actually an apartment. Garbage and refrigerator was not cleaned or taken out properly upon my arrival. Beds were very comfortable, however, the living room furniture was not comfortable.

Upon arrival, I checked the place out. There were no wash clothes or hand towels, no kitchen clothes or hand towels. When I questioned the owner, they told me this"Please note that bath towels, toilet paper, and paper towels are available for you. If that isn't enough and you want more than what is currently provided, Target is located just 1 mile away from the apartment." I sent this text to the owners "no pots and pans to cook on the stove? I thought you stated this was setup like a kitchen." they called me back and stated there was a microwave, air fryer and rice maker. Kinda hard to cook eggs in those. I sent this text to the owner "I thought the place was on derby lane. Response was this "Derby is my townhome. It’s okay the apartment is available anytime you arrive." not what was presented. Also stated 2 car garage, no garage as this was an apartment.
