A wealthy old house with a magnificent traditional ridgestyle structure that is over 100 years old The phoenix tree planted at the time of construction has also been calmly watching over its history for over 100 years This luxurious onestory old house which is taller than a twostory building is characterized by the pleasant sea breeze and the coolness of the summer which is regulated by the plaster walls In winter the hearth gently warms the main house
