Electric heating.
This apartment opens onto a private terrace of 30m2, 20m2 of which is covered, allowing you to have 100% of your meals outside during the entire period from May to the end of October. The adjoining garden is 400 m2 and is fenced and secured for young children. It is located at about 60 m from a supervised beach, 300m from the center of the village with many restaurants and night animations from June to the end of September; 300m from the state forest of the moors; direct access to many bicycle paths allowing to go by bike to Arcachon or Bayonne.
Private charcoal barbecue and gas plancha available on the terrace. Excellent 4G network.
