Our stay at the Sonesta was delightful. We got a considerably better rate for a one night weekend stay than any of the other hotels in the area offered. The staff were all friendly and pleasant. The room was great! The breakfast was kept well stocked during the breakfast hours and was certainly sufficient. I would definitely look forward to staying at another Sonesta.

Our rooms were great, current in decor, and mis amenities. I appreciated the coffee maker, fridge, hair dryer. Great hot water and pressure. Nice breakfast. Bed and linens were EXCEPTIONAL! Misc chairs in lobby, dining, and rooms need spot cleaning.

Desk clerk accidentally gave us wrong keys and we opened door of room with people in it. Awkward! Had to go back and get new room. Breakfast was not great. Not enough choices. Couldnt keep up with guests and so we had to wait for food. Toilet seat in room was only connected with one bolt so it slid to the side off toilet. Very uncomfortable and very easy to have fixed yet it wasnt.

My stay was alright until I had kids knocking on my door and running. I went down for breakfast at 9:00 am and the waffle line was long. It took 30 min bc there was only one waffle maker. By the time I got my waffles there was no meat because they said it was 9:30a and breakfast was over. So I guess no breakfast!

The property and room were decent. The room had an unpleasant odor when we went in, but not strong enough to change rooms. The coffee maker didn't work. We notified the front desk when we checked out. The outside door lock was broken and it seemed to have been that way for some time, otherwise the area seemed fine. We bolted our door and felt safe enough. It was pretty loud for awhile on the Saturday evening we were there. There was noise in the parking lot for awhile that seemed to subside after awhile and I put in my earbud and was able to block out indoor noise. Decent, clean place but could use better security.

Looked very nice in line with their photos, quite clean. Staff was nice and breakfast was pretty standard, but good and clean area. Great hotel, especially for the price! Definitely recommended.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The common area was nice, and the breakfast was good. However my room had bad water damage and large area of peeled paint/wallpaper. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the back door closest to my room had a door that did not close/latch automatically. You had to pull the door shut for it to latch (which apparently no one else did). Every time I exited or entered via this door, it was unlatched, meaning anyone could just walk into the hotel. I reported this to the front desk several times but it was not repaired during my stay.
