The room was great until I found a stink bug crawling under the top covers after already in bed. Had to strip bed and check everywhere. Extra care should be on all of the rooms going forward. Don’t want anyone else to deal with this.

The only complaint I had was the shower head. It is ok for the most part but for people like me who use a CPAP a shower head that is adjustable is preferred so you can use it to flush the hose with hot soapy water. Just a suggestion.

First impression, very friendly staff. The hotel suited our needs very well in every aspect. The location was nice in that I could walk over to the park and watch some baseball. Suggestion: put a grip bar in the shower/tub, or at least non slick texture strips on the bottom of the tub.

Staff member that checked us in the night of our stay was very friendly and helpful, explained everything about the facility and also gave us extra towels for my son who played a game prior to our stay so he could shower and relax before bed.

We were in Milwaukee to attend a wedding being held at the Boerner Botanical Gardens. The venue was just a few minutes away. There were also many restaurants within minutes to the hotel. The woman who checked us in was friendly and told us many good restaurants in the area. She was extremely helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. We would definitely return if we come back to the Milwaukee area.
