The neighborhood is quiet but walkable to restaurants, the Riverfront, and downtown attractions. It’s perfect for those coming to enjoy events like Summerfest, Bastille Days, or a Bucks or Brewers game.

The unit includes a private 2-car garage with an additional space in front, allowing for a total of 3 parking spots. Ample street parking is also available, and Milwaukee offers Bublr bike stations and The Hop streetcar, with a station just 8 blocks away. Uber and Lyft services are readily accessible.

- Full Private Access: Enjoy exclusive use of the unit, patio, and garage. The yard, driveway, and hallways are shared with 2 other units.
- Host Communication: May not be available between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
- Pet Policy: Pets are welcome but should not be left unattended. Additional guest charges apply, and events or non-Airbnb guests must be approved by the host and may incur extra fees.

- The unit is located in a building with multiple rentals. While the building is newer, the sound barrier between units is not perfect. Loud or late-night partying is not allowed, and noise monitoring systems are in place. Excessive noise could result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
