Comfortable and quiet!

We needed a comfortable and quiet night’s rest after grandson’s football game plus I needed to drive 4 + hours the ne t day. Mission accomplished .

The girl at the check in counter was super busy with multiple guests having issues, but she did a great job of prioritizing. She knew one guest was going to take longer than a minute so asked if she can hang on while she looked into her issue, then she checked me in pretty quickly. The room was clean and efficient for what we needed, we only stood one night. We didn't go down for the free breakfast so can't comment on that.

A noticeable improvement

This hotel is under new management and you can tell because everything went pretty smooth and the place felt cleaner. The young lady in the front with glasses that checked me in and helped me throughout my days there(I feel bad for not looking at her name tag) was so kind and understanding. I was there in total about 6 days.I asked to move rooms after the 2nd day and she accommodated me with no problems. The only negative and this has nothing to do with the staff was the "workout room" because it was locked and the key card didn’t work for it so they had to unlock it for you. Only 1 of the 2 treadmills worked and there were no free weights or lifting machines. We made it work and used the working treadmill and eleptical machine. The Free breakfast was better than ever. They had the waffle maker available everyday that I was there, which in the past it was only there maybe a day or 2 on the weekends. I saw that they had eggs, sausage and Muffins available as well.

Good value

Good value for the money. It's clean and in good shape. Carpeting in rooms has been replaced by laminate which is nice. Breakfast includes powdered eggs, sausage and waffles but was still a little sparse.

Convenient to Milwaukee Airport. Very friendly staff. Paola was a jewel. This is an older facility in the process of upgrade. It is located in an older OK area. There are several restaurants within an easy drive. Breakfast was nice.
