My only complaint is when i arrived less than an hour early, they wanted to charge me an additional $20. I waited until 5 minutes prior to check in time and the guy behind the counter was still indecisive about checking me inn. Otherwise the hotel was clean, convenient location and an OK breakfast

Decent hotel

Nice room. Nice staff. But only 2 towels even though the room was booked for 5. When asked for additional towels they were out and i had to wait for an hour before the laundry was done. Also the fitness room was closed because of broken equipment. Breakfast was decent (waffle maker and some cold food items) but the breakfast area felt cramped. Overall a good experience but not excellent.

The hallways smelled like marijuana, even though it was a non-smoking bldg. We were given 2 "body" towels and two washcloths. When we asked for more, right after we first got to our room, front desk person asked for our dirty towels. We hadn't even showered and that was the answer for more towels.

I didn’t like it because I stay for 2 weeks and I was that one cleaning that room and taking trash out and asking for towels toilet paper because they never when to ask me about what I need was horrible and that last day was so late so I decide to move but I fall sleep and that lady from housekeeping was so rude I was thinking to stay more days but she talk to me really rude and to asking me to get out from that room because they lost 2 cars of baggage they was thinking maybe that I had it lol really rude people that only one was nice was a young lady in that night

They need to plant mint around the outside you can feel mice in the bottom of beds . It very clean but still . The staff is great. 👍.
