If you’re going to charge your guest $6 for a bottle of water (which is ABSURD).. you should have clean rooms/bathrooms, bedding that doesn’t feel like tissue paper, doors that actually open and close without issue. Ridiculous. Only giving 2 stars due to location and friendly staff.

There was no breakfast during my stay and no restaurants were available being Christmas time. My room view was fantastic the staff were excellent. Without any available restaurants I thought we would have had a microwave oven in the room, which would have made it easier to warm up food I had to go offsite to purchase. The front desk staff did warm up a meal but I didn’t care for taking our food from our room to the reception area. The hotel and staff were great and I will go back during the regular season.

Not happy - dirty tub/clogged after 2 showers, bathroom vent didn’t work plus had black and green all over, broken/dirty ceiling tiles, bed was absolutely TERRIBLE - could hear the springs by just pushing on it, ac/heating vent was terribly loud and clunky all times it was on. 10/10 will not be staying here again!
