This apartment is situated in one of Milwaukee`s most historic buildings, the old Pabst malt house. Architectural features include original Cream City brick, exposed beams, and city skyline views. The building is fully loaded with amenities including a fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and bags (otherwise known as cornhole).
This 2BR/1.5BA private apartment is located on the first floor and spans two stories via an interior staircase. The space sleeps four with a comfy queen bed in each bedroom. The sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.
Living room: located on 1st floor of apartment. Though compact, the living area provides plenty of utility with a full size sectional and flexible seating options. The drop-leaf dining table seats up to 5 and also doubles as a workspace
Bedroom 1: located on 2nd floor of apartment and includes a Queen bed with an exterior-facing window
Bedroom 2: located on 2nd floor of apartment and includes a Queen bed with an interior-facing window that looks out into the building`s atrium. Includes blackout curtains for additional privacy

Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival - Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $25/day (and increases during events) - Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one - The garage has a vertical clearance of 7`2` which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans
Early check-in: - We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee - Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in - All requests are subject to availability

Location of rental was a bit confusing from the parking ramp but loved the included parking. Overall great place to stay with a unique look of the building but very clean and comfortable. Pipes can be a bit noisy with neighbors running water. But not much you can do about that.

We only stayed for one day. I wish we had more time. The place is in a great location. It’s a really nice space in a very cool building. There are a couple of great bars and restaurants very close. The space and value are great. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely stay here when I’m back in Milwaukee.

The location, building amenities and space were really great. Very cool industrial building - nice and quiet, and the gym was excellent! I appreciated the parking as well. The space was exactly as shown, and the instructions for the check-in process were super clear and detailed. The property manager was attentive and quick in her responses. The only negatives I have are that the bathroom could have been cleaner (something someone else noted in their review as well) - specifically, the shower curtain needs to be replaced, and it needs to be deep cleaned. The kitchen is not very well equipped at all for cooking- for example, there were no baking sheets at all. A littel trip tp target culd fix these things :-) Other than those (minor) things, I would stay here again.

The apartment was nice. The building and amenities were great. We were on the first floor so we could hear the water from showers and toilets flushing from upper apartments. Also the bathtub shower curtain had mildew. Management was very responsive to some cleaning issues.

Overall the property was fine for an overnight stay. The check in process was smooth. A little disappointed that the beds were on the floor - two guests were over 65 years old and that wasn’t super clear in the listing. Ant/mice traps everywhere (I know it’s an old building). The very little space under the beds showed it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while so we kept nothing on the floors. The overall area is historical and we were walking distance from our venue which was appreciated. Just wish the sleeping conditions would’ve been a bit more described as I don’t know if we would’ve chosen a space with the mattresses essentially on the floor.

Great City Stay
We enjoyed our time in Milwaukee. The flexhome was as described. It was clean enough. The space was set up well with 2 decently sized bedrooms. The building itself was very cool! We all enjoyed the gym and the area with the pool table/games. Kitchen supplies were minimal if you plan to cook meals. We were happy with our stay and would recommend this rental.

Great deal, no complaints!
This was a perfect setup for myself & 2 buddies who were in town for a concert. There was enough room for 3 guys to spread out & stay the night comfortably without getting in each others hair. The place was clean & everything was as advertised. Check-in process was easy. Property manager was responsive. The neighborhood/location was safe & convenient, and the inside of the building (and unit) was pretty dang cool.
The only negatives I’d mention were pretty minor: the couch downstairs was falling apart in the rear slightly, and the gym downstairs was locked & inaccessible until I went to the building’s main office in the AM (the gentleman working the front desk was helpful & opened it up for me). If you plan to use the gym, plan to do so during business hours when the front office can give you access.
Those couple issues aside, this was a solid bargain for the amount of space & quality of the unit/building overall! Would recommend.

Girls weekend
This property was perfect for our girls weekend! The overall location was incredible within walking distance of restaurants, bars and other attractions. Check-in and out procedures were very simple and easy to understand!
