The room was spotless. The shower was wonderful. We got hot water right away and plenty of towels. Amenities were readily available. The hot breakfast and the kickback at 5:30pm were also a wonderful addition to the stay. The food was delicious and the service was also great. Everything was also within walking distance and very convenient . We intend on coming back for a return visit in the future.

The breakfast was great, by far some of the best I have had in Milwaukee. Cole at the front desk was uber-friendly, and I would highly recommend this establishment. I will be coming back here when in town.

For my first stay here, I found it to be a very calm and pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly, patient and helpful, and the view from the windows was great, especially with the holiday lighting at night. The only thing that I wish could change would be the bed mattress. I realize some might like it very cushy, but I prefer a more "solid" bed, one I don't almost slide off of when I sit on the end. But that is just me trying to find something to be picky about, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
