Disliked: Cleanliness
I learned about Studio 6 through my Bring Fido app; I needed a place to stay with my dog while supporting my sister through a death in her family. The location was excellent and the outside grounds were kept up pretty well. The inside of the building was not very clean. (Unvacuumed hallways and stairwell as well as sticky pills on the floor and in the elevator. Upon arrival, my room was not ready and I waited nearly 3 hours for it to be prepared. The receptionist eventually gave me a different room that was 'ready'. The room was unvacuumed and had not been cleaned very well. I had to clean dried spills from the bedside end table. The toilet had stains, the mirror had spots where water had been splashed and not cleaned, and there was no soap to wash my hands in the bathroom. (Thankfully, there was dish soap under the kitchen sink which I used to clean my hands.) Even though a kitchen in the room is advertised, there were no dishes, cookware, utensils or silverware. In fact, someone before me had left a dozen eggs which had expired in the refrigerator; I suppose because there was no means in which to cook them. I won't be returning.
