Overlooking the beautiful Campbell Park and just a 5-min walk to Snozone and a 20-min walk to MK city centre, this spacious duplex apartment comes with private gated parking and your own balcony overlooking the communal gardens. You enter the property on the 1st floor where you will find the first bedroom that comes with two single beds (can also be configured to a king size bed) and comfortable wardrobe space. On this floor you will also find the first bathroom complete with a bath over shower and toilet.
Downstairs leads into the very spacious living room with comfortable seating including a double sofa-bed. The living area comes with a large smart TV complete with Netflix to fill all your entertainment needs. There is a small area set for dining, with a lovely glass table that comfortably seats four so you can have a family meal or just for use as a workspace. Opposite the living room is the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (can be configured to a king size bed). The modern and fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials including a dishwasher and washing machine. A second bathroom is located next to the kitchen with a toilet and shower. Your private balcony overlooks the communal gardens and can be accessed from the downstairs bedroom and kitchen.
