Family Compound! 2 SEPARATE HOUSES, one property, on Spaulding Pond! Covid perfect property to 'shelter in place' with extended family and/or have visiting friends stay in the separate cottage. Lovingly updated larger, ranch style house boasts water views, partially finished, walkout basement, and direct entry garage. The smaller year-round cottage has had many updates and could be an office or guest house for friends/family. Main House Improvements: freshly painted exterior (2020), New Yorker, Becket Burner Oil heating system (2019), Zero Clearance Wood Fireplace, Harvey & Anderson windows, cedar closets, workshop area,& outbuildings. Winter -- cross country ski, snow shoe, ice skate, and snow sled. Summer -- swim, kayak, paddle board, motor boat, or try the rope swing across the pond. There's plenty of room on the 2.43 acre lot to build campfires, pitch tents, pick raspberries and blueberries, and watch the resident Bald Eagles soar. Enjoy sunrise as you sip your morning coffee on the three-season sunporch, deck, or private beach.
